Monday: 9am - 5pm
Tuesday: 9am - 2pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

WHAT INSURANCE DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept a wide range of insurances including, but not limited to:

  • Medicare

  • WPS

  • Blue Cross / Blue Shield

  • Humana

  • WEA

  • Anthem

  • Workman's Compensation

  • United Healthcare (UMR)

  • AARP

  • The VA

It is always best to double check with your insurance company to make sure we are in-network.​

WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?

We treat a variety of conditions from joint replacements to low back pain. To see a more detailed list see our "Conditions Treated" page. 

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DOCTOR?

Yes you will. Almost all insurance companies require a prescription for physical therapy.

HOW SOON CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?

We take great pride in being a privately owned outpatient clinic and typically get our patients' in within 24 to 48 hours.

I DON’T HAVE INSURANCE, CAN I PAY OUT OF POCKET?
