WHAT INSURANCE DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept a wide range of insurances including, but not limited to: -Medicare -Medicare Advantage Plans -WPS -Blue Cross / Blue Shield -Humana -WEA -Anthem -Workman's Compensation -United Healthcare (UMR) -AARP -The VA It is always best to double check with your insurance company to make sure we are in-network.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION/REFFERAL FROM MY DOCTOR?
Yes. We require a referral or prescription from your physician prior to beginning physical therapy services. If you have questions about obtaining a referral, please contact us and we will be happy to help guide you through the process.
HOW SOON CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?
We strive to schedule new patients as quickly as possible and can often accommodate appointments within 24–48 hours depending on availability.
DO YOU OFFER SELF-PAY OPTIONS?
Yes. Self-pay options are available for patients without insurance coverage or for those who prefer to pay out of pocket. Please contact us for current pricing and scheduling information.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO PHYSICAL THERAPY?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Depending on the area being treated, shorts, loose-fitting pants, or athletic clothing may be helpful.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Please bring your referral or prescription, insurance card, and any relevant imaging or medical documentation related to your condition.
