JOHN VANSUSTERN, P.T.
Physical Therapist
John is a 1987 graduate of UW Madison and has been practicing physical therapy for 32 years. John expanded his career with an emphasis in sports, back, neck, and work injuries. He has worked in rehabilitation, neurology and orthopedics. In addition, John was the Director of Physical Therapy before successfully opening Lakes Area Physical Therapy in 1998. In his free time John enjoys cycling, hiking, and winter sports.
KIM CUCULI, MS, OTR, CHT
Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist
Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics. She received a certification in Hand Therapy. She has a diverse work history including Outpatient and Inpatient Rehabilitation, Medical sales, Research & Development of therapy products, Upper Extremity Rehabilitation and Ergonomic consulting. Her interests include splinting and prosthetics. In her spare time she enjoys water sports, skiing, and camping with family.

Physical Therapist Assistant and Office Manager
Ashli graduated from Bryant and Stratton in 2019 with an associates degree for a physical therapist assistant. In her free time she enjoys embroidering, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Ollie.

Ollie is an 11 year old maltese bichon mix. He loves napping in the sun, treats, and walks.
